Re: What's Your Personal Best? PB
Got my PB (LMB) yesterday evening at Coyote, I'm guessing 3-4 lb. I was in such a hurry to get him back into the water I messed up the picture & sense it was only the fish & me no one can confirm.
Thanks dslover for all the info!

Re: What's Your Personal Best? PB
None of these are my PB but heres some of my big ones for 2011, they are from Oregon so hope noone minds. 7.5lbs 8lbs 8.55lbs 6.5lbs 8lbs 6.86 PB $ winning fish got big fish and sealed the 2nd place finish 1,100$! not bad for 17 years old. I get the feeling some people think im some random kid who fishes high school fishing, someone told me to post some pictures heres some good ones caught August 2011 - November 2011 every fish is from oregon in public water besides the bottom fish witch was from irongate lake in northern california.

Re: What's Your Personal Best? PB
Threw out what I decided was going to be the "last cast of the night". Tossed my jig in, and was letting it rest when I realized I had a fat birds nest in my reel. I had to pull a bunch of line out of the spool, to clear the snag, but my line had knotted. I was pulling on either end of the knot, hoping it would pull the knot out, but sadly my line snapped. I decided I'd just bare hand my line in, to collect my jig, and call it a night. As I was wrapping my line around my hand, I felt something hit my bait. I cranked my arm back, and set the hook. I bare handed the line in as fast as I could, and was blown away when I saw this big old DONKEY jump two feet from shore. Pulled it up, and BOOM, new personal best, 6# LMB! STOKED!
