Spent 6 days on Big Island Hawaii. Stayed mostly in Kona. And did some reef fishing.

Pretty cool how different reef fish come out at different types of the day. This fish only comes out at night.




This is an adult male parrot fish. Fairly large size. Wouldnt take any of my bait though.

THIS is the most beautiful fish i've ever caught. It's a yellow tailed coris.







HOLY shoot my first eel. I was a bit intimidated by him and his jaws.







White spotted goat fish.




Yep no better way to relax in hawaii. Fishing and sitting around while the sun sets and whales surface in the distance.

Bread, Shrimp, and Squid mostly. I used salmon egg hooks.

Your pretty lucky cause there are not any places around here where your gonna find the variety and quantity of fish you caught out there...Well maybe if your fishing in the aquarium.. Your one lucky dude..

Looks like a good trip braddah! Market shrimp, cut tako/ika and light tackle will work anywhere with structure in Hawaii!!
