Has anyone been luring or bait fishing the surf of Pacifica?

I tried it on Saturday and with these big tides and minus tides the water didnt look good, lots of white foamy water that morning. Its only time before we get more action and being there at the right time.

yeah, it seems like evrytime i go to pacifica, the water is alway so rough. I posted this to make sure the next trip i take is worth while.
