Monterey Bay Fishing???
Hey I'm planning a charter trip on chris's down in monterey on monday. Never fished for squid or white seabass or sanddabs. Can i use a 6 oz squid jig with a 10-30lb rod 1-6 oz with diawa luna 300 and 65lb braid for humbolt squid? Any advice on what to use and fish for right now or reports at all?

just rent one of their rods... its easier and their rods are already set up to use for what your out there fishing for... and ya dont have to drag your rods around either. Its just simpler
