 How was your Salmon season? I got skunked! There were 4 keepers this year taken by my boat but none of which were on my rod.
Howabout you?

Caught one keeper. Estimating the weight to be 20lbs? I dont know it was huge. I have a thread somewhere in the saltwater forum.
And I also caught 3 keepers in freshwater but released them.

Re: How was your Salmon season? just curious, what setup & bait do most people use when fishing for salmon in the ocean? planning on heading to capitola this weekend and have one rod trolling/drifting for salmon possibly.
