i went there a couple of times two years ago. i heard you can get halibut/sole there so we used some sabiki rigs to get some baitfish (sardines/mackerel). also tried some cut up shrimp. just kept getting ugly staghorn sculpins (bullheads) about 3 to 4 inches.
