All frogs are brand new but may have some marks on the body from the barbs of the hooks. I also do not have the original cases for the frogs because these frogs have been siting in the box for over a year and have never been used. remeber these frogs are very expensive running from 7-12 dollars a piece. I would like to get all of the frogs for 65 dollars.. If you bought them in the store it would easily cost you over 95 dollars with tax. So my loss is your gain. I am trying to put some cash together help a fisherman out
