Play it by ear according to the wind forcast. Quite a drive to get there for me. Also new to the waters there...not to sure of hazzards. Back seat on JR's boat once and took my boat there the other day for the second time on that body of water. Does not look like they keep up with the hazzard markers out there, as the water level drops. JR has warned me of the islands where you are launching from. Maybe I can get Dmun and David or Jr. meet me. I know Rippin Lips is usually busy. Just playin it safe.

Left the house this AM and wind was 0-2 mph. That changed real fast. ;(

Once the white caps started I was out of there. Only managed 2 fish, so atleast we didn't get skunked.

For those in smaller boats, please be careful out there. The Forebay and main lake can get real dangerous real fast.

Wow...trying the Forebay tomorrow with Dmun. Hope the wind report is accurate. Says it is 3-4, 5 top most of day. Guess I'll take my chances with the 2 hr drive. Just itchin to have my pole bent and drag going out. Squeezing in some final boat trips, before it gets stored for winter. Need to get the regular engine maintanence done too..It's time to protect my investment.
Thanks for the update and weather hotline. 8-)
