Delta - 12.27.08
So I am heading out to the delta tomorrow and will be launching out of Russo's (Frank's) at sunrise. Anyone have any suggestions? I plan on going after stripers and largemouth and could use some advice from peeps that may have been out there this week....

Talk to me...
Did you get out there? I've been dying to get to the delta for both LM and Stripers...fear of freezing for a slow day of fishing, stuck on shore and not too familiar with the delta. Once in a while i can get out on the water in my dad's boat with my brother.

This was the only largmouth we caught that day, and my buddy landed it in the first 5 minutes we were there. A couple of hours later, I caught a dink striper on a spoon.
The action was slow and cold, 42 degree water makes for some difficult fishing...
