Hello all, Merry Christmas & happy New year.

So Christmas eve I woke up about 04:00, sense our house was full of people sleeping I decided to go to Coyote & see what I could catch.
Got there about 1 hour before day break & fished for about 45minutes until the rod guides on my rod statrted freezing up, along with my fingers! I moved the truck up to the damn parking lot & sat there for about 30 minutes with the heater running to warm up.
Once the sun came up another couple fishermen showed up, I glance over at them & one of the guys have somekind of rig on his pole that looked like 4 or 5 white baitfish hanging from a mobil. (I overheard that this is a "Alabama rig") I think cool, hope it works. I walk across the damn & start fishing the outlet, 15 minutes later I hear from across the water a loud explative & something about what could I have snaged on! Guess the poor guy lost his new rig. That sucks.
Oh & never got so much as a nibble.
