Post Calero bank fishing
Water's low, no cover to be seen around the edges. No reeds, nada.

Some people were fishing out of boats, throwing at the riprap along the shoreline but no one seemed to have much luck. No one seemed to be mid-lake .. maybe no one had a finder? Or is the whole lake bare?

What's the "proper way" to fish Calero? ;)

I graph most of my fish 25-40ft of water. This time of year you are not looking for anything around the shore, if you can cast deep you have a better chance. Once you catch a fish, stay there. Fish should be packed together, can get a limit in 20 minutes if you are in the write spot. C-rig and jigs might be the best bet.
